Brief 10 : Being : Customer profile

Before myself and Tom began to think about how the brand will function and who the brand will be targeting we developed a customer profile for the type of people that the brand and retail location should attract. In addition to this we looked at what the brand values are and where certain focus should lie within the brand. The brand will be androgynous and appeal to both men and women however there will be slight deviance towards female customers as the concept for the store in general appeals to female and then males became part of the brand through there loyal female customers.
